VOTIVE MEDAL OF H.R.H. PRINCESS ISABELLE BOURBON DE BOURBON

Princess Isabelle Ferdinande Bourbon de Bourbon was the niece of King Ferdinand VII and was Infante of Spain. Her secret marriage to a Polish count caused scandal at the time.
