VOTIVE MEDAL OF H.R.H. PRINCESS ISABELLE BOURBON DE BOURBON
Princess Isabelle Ferdinande Bourbon de Bourbon was the niece of King Ferdinand VII and Infanta of Spain. Her secret marriage to a Polish count caused scandal at the time. She lived in Brussels and was appointed as first lady of honor at the Royal Court when King Leopold I became widow in 1850.
She offered this medal to the Virgin and this pretty gold necklace with a turquoise cross for the parish.
